This program was aimed to facilitate participants to search for their best potentials. It was started by various process for understanding self, followed by a visioning exercise. During the afternoon, the participants identified the factors that contribute to their vision achievements. As time management was mentioned by many participants as the most challenge, the afternoon session was devoted to deepen participants skills in time management. The learned about 4 time quadrans of time management as introduced by Stephen R. Covey, the author of Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. The last part of the workshop was for creating one action plan that will bring participants to their best potentials. They shared their plan to the rest of the group.
